| Hi there! My name is Amy. I’m a camp medic (soon to be certified Safety Advisor!) on a 2-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off rotation. I also run an online side business from home during my off shifts. My daughter works part time while finishing up school. We’re excited to relocate to Ontario after calling the Yukon and Calgary home. We’re looking for a long-term rental (2–3 years) so we can settle in and get to know the area before buying land to eventually start a small hobby farm. We’re hoping to move around November 1st (some flexibility on dates) and are looking for: • 3 bedrooms • 2 bathrooms • Fenced backyard (we have 3 well-behaved dogs — all crate-trained, house-trained, quiet and friendly) • No basement suites, please We’re open to both small towns and rural areas as well as suburbs or outskirts I’m a clean, quiet, and reliable tenant with excellent references from landlords, neighbors, and employers. I also have pet references and am happy to pay a pet deposit. I’ve managed rental properties myself and understand how to care for a home like it’s my own.
