| Hello! I'm Mads, and my roommate Sam and I are two mature, female U of G students looking for a third student to move into an apartment with us in downtown Guelph. We are moving into a building a few minutes’ walk from the Guelph Central Go Station, and we have one therapy cat who is very friendly to people but isn’t particularly friendly with other free-roaming animals. We hope to find a long-term, tidy, 20+ student of any gender identity to join our apartment! We are clean students, queer-positive, relatively quiet, and don't have large parties, but we are friends and would like to live with somebody we can be friends with and hang out with as well! :) We are looking for somebody to join us for June 1st, and rent is about $885 monthly, plus electricity and internet. We are looking to fill the third large bedroom available in the unit (with a good-sized window and closet). There is in-unit laundry, dishwasher, living room, heat/water/air conditioning included in rent, a gym in the building, a rooftop patio, bike storage, and security features. A parking pass is available for around $170 per month, if you wish to purchase it individually.
