The basement unit has a separate entrance with motion sensor lighting for your comfort and has been thoughtfully refinished. It features large windows for lots of natural light, under-cabinet lighting in the kitchen, pot lights throughout the space, shared laundry and a laundry sink. Furnishings included: double bed, night stand, couch, floor lamp, dresser, TV, wardrobe, coffee table, kitchen table that can double as a desk/standing desk, and a linen closet. Included in the price is parking for 1 car, utilities and wifi. As the landlord, I will be living upstairs and working from home, so I am looking for a quiet tenant who will be respectful.
