Lots included, parking, wifi, laundry with free washer/dryer, utilities. Nice peaceful neighbourhood with a large yard. Lock on door. We are looking for people who are either vegetarian, or willing to have only vegetarian food in the home. No visitors allowed. Pet free. No smoking or recreational drugs. Pls send us an email telling us a bit about yourself and your lifestyle, and pls be able to provide references. Including a phone number is a great idea. The room is on the shared main floor of house, and has hardwood floor and closet. Owner lives on premises. Share kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen comes complete with assortment of dishes and cookware, appliances, microwave, stove and 2 full size fridges. Room has bed, desk, dresser and television. Includes clean bedding.. Includes free shared laundry downstairs, washer and dryer. Outdoor clothes line. Clean people only. You must be prepared to clean up after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom immediately after using so the common areas are always inviting to others. If you are the right person, you will love it here. Looking for someone who's a good fit for the household in terms of lifestyle.
