| My roommate, my dog and I are looking for someone to join our cozy and welcoming home. All races, genders, and sexualities welcome. This home is a safe space and we are looking for someone with similar views. You must love dogs and be dog savvy with medium to large dogs. My dog is very friendly but can be anxious, excitable and sassy. 1 large bedroom available in 3 bedroom home with a massive walk in closet. South East facing windows provide amazing views of the sunrises and bright light throughout the day. The bathroom is shared with 1 of us (there's also a half bath on the first floor for everyone and guests). Utilities included (including Internet) and laundry is on site. Parking is included. We're a somewhat quiet household but enjoy hanging out, occasionally sharing meals and having movie nights. Guests and partners are always welcome. All spaces are for shared use and all common spaces are furnished. All kitchen stuff is stocked and shared (aside from food) but there's space if you have things to add. We have a private fenced backyard with a deck. We are looking for someone for July 1 but open to early move in so just let me know!
