| A large, private, lower level bedroom and living room with walk-out to patio in a shared three level townhouse nestled in the quiet executive town home community of Village on the Green, is available May 1, 2024. I am a mid-fifties male looking for a respectful, honest, long term, tenant to rent a large (approx 750 sq ft) private, above grade, lower level bedroom and living room, with shared kitchen on the main level. The bedroom has a four piece en suite and walk-in closet. The L-shaped living room has a gas fireplace, large window, and walk out to the patio. This room is around the same size as a one bedroom apartment, less the kitchen, and much quieter than other lower lever rooms as all the floors and exterior walls are made of concrete. Noise from the upper level and neighbours is minimal, unlike with wooden floors and walls. Entry to the lower level living room and bedroom is down the hallway from a shared entrance from the garage. There are two designated indoor parking spots right outside of this entrance. One parking spot is included with the lower room. There is a separate door to privatize the lower living room and bedroom at the end of the hall from the garage entrance.
