We try to foster a fun, respectful, relaxing, chill environment. The room will be unfurnished but we can provide a double bed frame and some other pieces as needed. The room is large enough to have all your bedroom furnishings as well as a living/dining/office area within your own private room! The room is directly off the main upstairs washroom and features a large closet, private access to the kitchen (via its own stairwell), three big bright windows, original hardwood floors and baseboards, tall ceilings, two new ceiling fans, new blinds, and more! The home features central AC, a fully equipped updated large kitchen, an extra fridge/box freezer in the basement, two washrooms (one with a tub shower combo and the other a standup shower), a quaint daybed/reading area, a 70's inspired rec room with a desk area nook for working/studying, a good sized living room with a pullout couch for guests, a large dining room with seating for 6+ people, a newly updated back mudroom and backyard, a large laundry room with two washing machines/one dryer, dedicated tenant storage in the basement, a bike rack, planter boxes for gardening (if you are into that), a covered front porch, and more!
