| Looking for one responsible female to take over my lease from July 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026! Possible option to renew the lease for next year, 2026-2027. Rent is $825/month, plus one-quarter of the utility bills (gas, hydro, water, and internet often add up to less than $100/month each). Heating, cooking, and onsite laundry are all gas-powered. Bedroom: This second-floor room has been professionally sanded and painted a beautiful greige with white trim and closet door. The room faces south, letting in lots of natural light. The main light fixture has a quiet fan attachment with three speeds. The bedroom will be unfurnished. The space is big enough for a double or queen bed and desk. The two girls living in the other two upstairs rooms are sisters, both going into fifth year at UofG, food science and geography majors, clean & organized, and super sweet! They are hardworking and often at school during the week and working on weekends. One more third-year female will be living in a separate space in the basement. Kitchen: 4-burner gas range oven, microwave, large refrigerator, white cupboards, tile floors. The dining area has a screen door with patio out back that is really nice for enjoying the weather on sunny days. Living room: Large bay window letting in lots of natural light. Laminate wood floors. The gas fireplace is super cozy in winter. Bathroom: Has modern finishes, tile floors, and high-pressure shower with storage space for toiletries. Lots of natural light from the window. Location: 2 km away from University of Guelph. The house is a 10-second walk to the nearest bus stop, where the bus comes every 15 minutes on weekdays. This is one of the first stops on the bus route, so I’ve never experienced the bus being full when it stops here on its way to the university. The house is a convenient, 10-minute walk or 5-minute bus ride to Stone Road Mall. It is a 3-minute walk from Shoppers Drug Mart and LCBO. Please message me if interested, thank you :) |
