!!STUDENTS ONLY!! Hey! My 2 friends and I are looking for any 3 students to sublet our rooms from May 1st-Aug 31st. It’s on Dovercliffe Rd with an upper year student living there right now (male) who will be moving out at the end of Summer. The rooms are unfurnished but you will have access to a shared living room, kitchen and a laundry machine. It’s super close to a bus stop and only requires you to take one bus. The ride is less than 20 mins. Rent is $500/month with utilities at a flat rate of $70/month. If anyone is interested feel free to reach out! :)
