Looking for a quiet and respectful tenant to rent my room for the rest of the contract (until August 31st). 4 Friendly roommates, kind and respectful mostly students at the University.Very nice neighbourhood Room is empty, common areas have some furniture. One roommate has a small bird who occasionally sings (pleasantly, not very loud either) and is briefly let out in the common area to fly around. There is a Bus Stop down the street that goes downtown, can get to campus via the 99 bus from there. WiFi Included Washing machine and dryer Stove and Dishwasher Parking Spot if needed Garage space Washroom with shower/bath right across from the room. (primarily only shared with one other tenant, master bedroom and 2 downstairs rooms have a half washroom)
