| Basement den available for rent in a quiet family home located in the Hanlon Creek area near Ironwood/Edinburgh intersection (Reid Court). Shared kitchen, living room. I am currently pursuing my PhD (in my mid 20's), renting out a detached house close to campus. I am looking to fill one den in the basement with a private bathroom; seeking a mature, clean, and friendly student/postdoc or working professional as a potential roommate. The location is in the beautiful Hanlon Creek area and extremely close to multiple bus stops (or 2 km walk to campus). Details below: - Rent: $750/month; utilities included - There are three of us (~age 25); we are all extremely quiet and courteous - Spacious kitchen, living room, backyard, garage, and 2.5 bathrooms shared between all the tenants - Parking space available if needed; bike storage available in garage - We strive to keep our house clean and clutter-free at all times, and have similar expectations from our potential roommate - Laundry + dishwasher included - Flexible lease: we can work with 4,8, or 12 month lease - Generously-sized room (13.5' x 20') I am tolerant of all genders, skin tones, nationalities, sexuality, etc., though I prefer to live with someone close to my age (20 - 35).
