Our charming, bright century home is ideally located on a lovely (one-way) street with many families, a 2 minute walk to Exhibition Park, a 5 minute stroll to downtown Guelph, and less than 10 minute to U of G by car. Our home is available for short or long term leases (minimum 1 month stay). This house is ideal for a small family or a professional or retired couple. We welcome you in to find an open concept space for you to enjoy. We love our kitchen, which has a walk out to the garden which features our beautifully rustic outdoor shower. The main floor master bedroom has a king-size bed and features a wood-burning stove. The main floor bathroom features a full size bath tub. Our two other bedrooms, plus a den (or office space), and a 3- piece bathroom (shower) are located upstairs. Some smart features in our home include touch-faucet and Nest thermostat.
