Description
A cozy room in a nice house is available for rent immediately. The current occupants are a friendly male and a female in our late 30s. There is also a small dog in the house, so people need to be okay with dogs. The house is near the university and many stores. It has all modern amenities, and laundry, parking, and internet access are included in the rent. We also have nice air conditioning for this hot summer. There is a nice backyard and a large patio out back, though we don't have much storage space. We prefer a female roommate but anyone can apply if they are friendly, respectful, and relatively quiet (we work from home). The room can be rented for the short or long term if it's a good fit.
