| I'm looking for a housemate to lease out one of the bedrooms in my 2-bed, 1.5-bath apartment in Downtown Guelph. Amenities include gigabit fibre internet, garbage/recycling and paid onsite laundry, as well as easy access to everything the downtown area has to offer. Utilities owed are hydro and internet, split 50/50. Renovations are underway to repair the wear and tear, but they should be complete in time to start the lease on June or July 1st, and I welcome either short or long-term lease. For some background, I am a disabled transgender woman who does game development as a hobby, among other arts and crafts. I'm looking for a COVID-responsible, LGBTQIA-friendly roommate.
