Modern fire alarm system which rules out all forms of indoor smoking, vaping, burned incense and candle use. Hypoallergenic air filters used. Every room has lock and key. Front door has a digital code so no being locked out of the house. Plenty of large garbage bins outside, taken to curb weekly on Monday mornings. No reason to have to store in your room or kitchen just take it outside and keep indoors clean. Not available: Pets.. current tennant's have allergies. Parking not offered but could be available at an extra cost. Positives to living here; Convenient neighbourhood with busses headed in all directions within a five minute walk of house. With an accurate bus tracking system on Google you are set to maximize travel ease. Masters and PHD students in past have found transportation to and from U of G as timely or better than South end on bus because routes from here are close to hub and space is a non issue. Say goodbye to full over packed busses forever! All grocery chains, Costco, and best variety of independent, international grocers all nearby. Conestoga Students can catch bus or walk/bike easily. This is a home in a residential neighbourhood with children, families, seniors and working professionals. Tennant's must be respectful of their surroundings both in and outside of the building I offer a beautiful, handmade cherry and walnut dining set to the group as well as a bowflex for the living room, currently shared by tennants. Either can be removed if majority of Tennant's need room for their own furnishings. Notables; Anything that can be considered regular use for residential usage preferred. Digital currency farming, business storage, a place to party or create disturbance to other tennants is highly discouraged. There is a culture of mutual respect here.
