| I have a very spacious, clean home and currently 2 furnished rooms for rent: undergraduates, graduate students, international students, or young working professionals welcome. Please tell me a little about yourself and your situation when you respond. No pets allowed. 24 hour notice for visit required. Messages not meeting this criteria will not be answered. There is a great collaborative and respectful atmosphere at the house. This is also a quiet, non-smoking, drug free home. Available May 1, 2024 and another room for June 1, 2024 - mid to long term stay required. Room A - Available JUNE 1 — Queen sized bed, desk, dresser, bookcase, closet, ($750/month) Room B - RENTED Room C - Available May 1 — Twin bed, desk, bookcase, closet organizer ($750/month) First and last month’s rent in advance. All utilities included. There is available parking in the driveway for each room. One spot per room. No trucks. There is a large private backyard with a park like setting and fish pond as well as a front porch. Sought after neighbourhood. Bailey park is next door to the house. The bus stop is half a block away. Walking distance to stores and services. Walking distance to Riverside and Exhibition Parks. Convenient to Conestoga College. Shared areas are nicely furnished and include a large living room, dining room, kitchen (everything you would need including a brand new fridge and stainless steel dishwasher), main floor laundry, and full bathroom upstairs on the bedroom level. There is a lot of privacy in the home because of the layout. Owner has a separate level which includes a living space, kitchenette and bedroom with two piece bathroom.
