| We are a small building of twelve units located on a quiet crescent off of College Ave. We are close to the #15 Bus Route, a few parks and a strip mall with a convenience store, pizza place and other stores. We are only about 4km from the University of Guelph. The unit is lower level (no balcony) but has large windows and lets in a lot of daylight. There are two good sized bedrooms with big closets, hallway closets so there is a lot of storage in the unit. There is laundry in the building that is coin operated ($5.00 per load) and rental includes a storage closet space in the laundry room. We back on to green space, the speed river. We are a short drive or bus ride to Walmart, Metro, Stone Road Mall, many restaurants and places of entertainment. We are accepting applications. The owner will be selecting the best applicant not necessarily the first. the unit is accessed by stairs only so is not suitable for someone with mobility challenges. We accept cats in the building.
