| I am moving to Cambridge, and since my lease ends September 30, I have permission to search for someone to take over my lease. It's a 1 bedroom unit of an apartment, 2nd floor, located directly down town Guelph on Gordon street. It's walking distance to the Go Station, right across from the Farmer's Market with less than a three minute walk to the nearest 99 North and South bus stops. Parking is available along Fountain street at all times (unless there is construction, in which case you'd be given notice to temporarily park else where). Utilities: Only water included. Electrical baseboards for heating. Coin laundry on the second floor, right around the corner from the unit. Internet is included with unit, (but the modem is in a locked closet in the Laundry room. You will need to ask the house keeper to reboot it now and then, so it is up to you.) No elevator. Earliest move in date is July 1, as I must give 30 days notice before I move out.
