| One room available to students in a house of 4 (mixed gender). Family neighbourhood. Very close to the university - 15 minute walk from our door to Rozanski Hall. One shared bathroom and kitchen, no living room. In unit laundry. One parking spot is available. Utilities are split 50/50 with basement unit. Pets are limited: one of the roommates staying has a cat. I had fish and reptiles in my room no issue. The room faces the street (residential street, I've never had a problem with noise) with large windows. 13 x 14 feet. $728 / month, utilities not included. Our priority is to find a person that fits the vibes of the house - tidy, respectful, no parties in the house, etc. Available to move in January 1st, sublet for winter semester only (until April 30th). The property manager is trying to fill the house for the summer and following year so we cannot guarantee you would be able to stay beyond then, but if you have a group of 4 ready for summer we can put you in contact with the property manager to discuss a lease.
