| I'm subletting my room in this 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house for months January to April 2025. It has a spacious open concept main floor and a new IKEA kitchen. The room has a gorgeous, big window that lets lots of natural light in. The room won't be furnished (except for the desk) but the rest of the house is furnished with a TV (With chromecast), two couches, dining table and more. The drumset is my housemate's and he occasionally practices every couple weeks during daytime hours. The upstairs bathroom (this is an upstairs room) is pretty new and is kept very clean. The house mates are all students and have all been clean and respectful and are social/easy to get along with. There are in-unit laundry machines for your use, and for storage, part of the garage is available as well as a large crawl space. Parking is available at no extra charge in the driveway.
