| I’m looking for a single male roommate to share my two bedroom apartment. You have your own private room, but the bathroom, kitchen, and living room are all shared. I do have most basic kitchen stuff but you can of course bring anything more you may want. Laundry is in the building and is paid, there is outdoor storage available. There is one outdoor parking space for you, and all utilities are included in the rent. I do have a budgie(small bird) that hangs out in his cage only, does not fly around. Non smoker is required. I will not answer the basic hit send “is this available”, if you’re interested send a bit about you and when you’re looking to move in. Available immediately or May 1st.
