All three cottages are on the same lot so they are perfect for renting multiple cottages for multiple families! All three cottages are right in the town of Grand Bend and are a 3 - minute easy walk to the beach and a 3 - minute easy walk to the main street. Cottages are located in the perfect spot in the village of Grand Bend. Spend the day at the beach and easily walk back to the cottage for snacks, drinks and to use the washroom. 1 Bedroom Cottage rents for $1,300 per week and both 2 Bedroom Cottages rent for $1,500 per week. NOW DISCOUNTED BY 25% to $975 and $1,125! Discount of $100 per week per cottage if you rent 2 cottages together. We are able to accommodate groups of 10 to 12 if you rent 2 cottages. They are on the same site and share the fire pit and outdoor sitting areas. Cleaning protocols in place to ensure the cottages are always clean. The cottage has an outdoor sitting area and a fire pit areas (chimineas), BBQs and outdoor shaded sitting areas. Full bathroom and full kitchen including fridge, stove, microwave coffee maker and toaster. As an added bonus the cottage is only 100 yards from a Tim Hortons! Free WIFI along with cable TV. The TV is on WiFi with an Amazon Fire Stick so you can watch all your own streaming services. Designated parking on site for 2 vehicles. The cottage is freshly painted and cleaned thoroughly each week. The 1 bedroom cottage is called “Sunshine Shack”. It has 1 bedroom with a queen sized captain’s bed. The bed and mattress are both new in 2021. It also has a loft with a double mattress and a single mattress (new in 2021). The loft sleeping is ideal for children or teenagers as they have to be accessed by a ladder. Sunshine Shack sleeps 4 adults. (1 queen Captain’s Bed plus 2 in loft) We purchased these cottages in the fall of 2020. We have completed a lot of work to the cottages and can assure renters that the cottages are well maintained and clean. 2 bedroom cottage named “Riptide”. It has 2 bedrooms each with a queen size captain’s bed. The bed and mattress are new in 2021. It also has a loft that has 2 double mattresses (new in 2021). These are ideal for children or teenagers as they have to be accessed by a ladder. Riptide sleeps 6 adults. (2 queen beds plus 2 double beds in loft) Another 2 bedroom cottage is named “Sandcastle”. It has 2 bedrooms each with a queen size captain’s bed. The bed and mattress are new in 2021. It also has a loft that has 2 double mattresses (new in 2021).
