| You would have your own room and bathroom, very large and Spacious and the place is big enough if you had any furniture for common space there's lots of space. Room is unfurnished. I have a large 6 person table and l shape couch. Plus internet, everything else included. Coin laundry though (very well maintained !) Amenities include pool, sauna, pool table, party room, guest suite rental, music room, library, outdoor area and BBQ, balcony, bike parking There is a dishwasher as well. Enough room to work from home ! Very spacious, wood floor, balcony. Nice view of city. Close to LRT and canal. I would prefer female roommates but open to other roommates! As long as you are respectful of spaces, responsible. There is also lots of storage available too. I can't show the room until may 25 earliest but open to meeting and answering questions prior to then. I would consider someone for June or July move in. Also a bit about me, I am a government worker (engineering) and nice so work from home most of the time and occasionally at the office. I love nature, environmental topics, I have hobbies in art, and singing and also a wide variety of interests.. even some gaming but not often. I have a small hypoallergenic dog who's very sweet and loves people so you would have to be okay with dogs. I can send photos of my furniture and style so you can get a feel for how the space would look. I also can't post all the photos here so can send more.l as desired. |
