| I am looking for an individual to rent a room starting October 1st until January 1st. The girl who is renting the room may need it starting January or not until summer 2025. So there is a possibility of a longer stay. First and Last required. The rent is fully inclusive. Utilities, Internet, streaming services, home cooked meals, laundry supplies, cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, parking. A legal binding contract will need to be signed upon approval. The room will be getting painted and upgraded slightly hopefully before move in. The room can be furnished if needed however, any damages to the room or stuff in the room will be taken out of your deposit. Seeking a clean individual wo respects others space and belongings. Students welcome. Must like cats as i have many. |
