| Hello, I have one bedroom for rent in my 4 bedroom townhouse. Beaconhill area off Montreal road between NRC and CSIS. The room is $675 per month with first and last required. NRC or CSIS Coop Students only! I have a cat and she is very friendly. Not looking to add fur babies to the house. There are two men and one woman currently living here with a maximum of 4 occupants at a time. The rent includes the following for personal use: internet Kitchen cookware, dishes and appliances are to be shared toilet paper paper towels Kleenex laundry soap dish soap garbage bags compost bags recycle bags bounce sheets bedding to be used towels face cloths hydro water cleaning supplies use of washer/dryer Shared kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. use of the backyard You are responsible for your own food, personal products and must clean up after yourself. I am looking for quiet tenants who are respectful and drama free. Parking is not included but there is parking for rent down the street (about a 4 minute walk) for $50/month.
