| Looking for a couple with no pets who both are non-smokers and non-vapers to rent this specious room which has its own lock and key as well as a built-in closet with railing mirror doors. The full bathroom is right beside the room, where the occupant of two other rooms have access to it to use as well. The room and full bathroom both are on the second floor of a single detached house, and the kitchen, eating area, laundry room and common area are on the main floor of the house where all occupants of the house have access to it to use. There is a “no guest/ no visitor” policy that you should be okay with if you considering renting the room. The rent inclusive comes to $890 per month. The lease is a 2 to 4 month period lease with an option to renew for another such period as many times as one wishes by following the terms of the lease. (the rent covering the entire period of each lease is due at start of the lease) The house is 2.5 to 3 km South of South Keys Shopping Center/ Greenboro Park and Ride/ O-train (5 minutes drive/ 20 to 25 minutes walk if not taking the bus). Free parking available upon request. A bus stop is just a few minutes away on foot. |
