| *Looking for a couple, or 2 people (either working individuals, students, Co-ops) who do not have any pets, do not smoke, do not vape, are okay with the "no guests/ no visitors" policy, and the type of lease being offered. *A specious room, large enough and great for a couple, or two individuals to rent the room together, for $890 per month (inclusive). One person may rent the room too, if okay with the rent inclusive. The room can be easily furnished with two desks, and two single (twin) beds or a queen bed if you are a couple, or we can leave it with a single bed and a desk if you are one person renting the room. The room has its own lock and key, as well as a built-in closet with railing mirror doors. A Full bathroom is right beside the room and will be used by the occupants of two other rooms as well. *You may choose the start date of the lease. The lease is a renewable 2 to 4 month period lease (you have the option to not renew or renew for another 2, 3, or 4 month period lease a month prior to expiry of each lease. If it is a renewal a renewal lease must be signed 30 days prior to expiry of your existing lease). The rent covering the entire period of each lease, initial or renewal is due at start of the lease. *High speed unlimited internet available with no additional charge. *Each room has its own lock and key, as well as a built-in closet with railing mirror doors. *A main 2nd floor full bathroom and the refrigerator in the kitchen, will be shared between the potential occupants of the 2 available rooms and the occupant of the 3rd room on the 2nd floor (a female individual). The occupants of the other rooms in the house (a couple in the master bedroom, and a couple of individuals in the room on the main floor) have access to different full bathrooms and refrigerators. The kitchen, eating area, laundry room and common area are located on the main floor of the house, and all occupants of the house have access to them to use. Current occupants of the house, all are full time working peoples, either the tenant or the family member who live in the house too. *The house located in a safe and nice neighborhood. Even though it is a safe area, but more safety measures placed, like the Nest doorbell, other outside security cameras, Nest smoke detector, etc. *5 to 6 minutes walk to a bus stop (bus# 294 and # 93), a few stops to get to South Keys or Greenboro (less than 5 minutes bus ride). If not taking the bus and like to walk the entire way from home to South Keys Shopping Center, it is approximately 20 minutes walk. *There are all variety of public transit option at both South Keys and Greenboro (buses, LRTs, O-train) *25 minutes to Carleton U via public transit (10 minutes drive) *5 to 6 minutes drive to South Keys Shopping Center/ Greenboro Park and Ride/ O-train/ main bus route (approximately 25-minute walk if not taking the bus) *30 to 35 minutes to Ottawa U via public Transit (20 minutes drive) *10 to 15 minutes drive, or bus ride to Riverside hospital. *15 to 20 minutes drive to General Ottawa Hospital and CHEO (various route to get there to) *Must be able to provide 2 non-family member references who are reachable via phone call. *Free parking available upon request (on driveway, by signing a parking agreement as a supplementary to the lease agreement, no additional cost though) *Please contact only if you have no pets and are non-smokers, non-vapers, okay with the “no guests/ no visitors” policy, okay with the type of lease describe above, and able to provide 2 non-family member references who know you well and reachable via phone call, (land line or WhatsApp call). |
