| -Renting out a room in a house, just 5 to 6 minutes walk to a bus stop (bus # 93 and 294) -5 to 6 minutes drive or 20 to 25 minutes walk (if not taking the bus) to South Keys shopping Center/ Greenboro Park & Ride/ OC transit/ O-train/ lRT. -Looking for a non-smoker young working individuals (student or CO-OP welcome too) -No pets and No Guests/ No visitors Policy -2 to 4 month period lease with option to renew (The rent covering the entire period of each lease is due at start of the lease) -At least two non-family member references required, they must be reachable via phone call (previous or current landlord/ Co-worker/ employer/roommates). -Free parking available on driveway of the house upon request (to get the parking space, you must sign a parking agreement too, complementary to the lease agreement that you must sign) -The room is on the second floor of the house. It has its own lock and key, and a built-in closet with railing mirror doors. There is also a single bed, and a desk in the room. If you don’t want the bed or desk and like to bring your own furniture, I will remove them from the room, no problem there. You will be sharing a full bathroom with two female individuals. You will be sharing the refrigerator in the kitchen with the same two female individual. The occupants of the master bedroom on the second floor are a couple (one male, one female) and they have their own full bathroom and refrigerator in their room to use. -Kitchen, eating area, laundry room and common area are on the main floor of the house and all occupants of the house have access to them. -The rent inclusive (rent plus utilities) comes to $790 per month for the room. |
