| Please contact only if you are an absolute non-smoker. Do not contact us if you are a smoker or a vaper. No pets allowed. This is a house that the owner and the owner family members live in the house too. To continue having a quite and safe environment, we do have a no quests/ no visitors policy too. So, if you are not okay with that, don't contact us please, as you should rent a room somewhere else, not at our place. If you still interested in renting a room at our place, please know that our lease comes in form of a 2, 3 or 4 month period with option to renew, as the rent covering the entire period of each lease, is due at the start of the lease. The payment is the last step, as the viewing, providing references, and signing the lease comes first. Please note we need at least two non-family member references who are reachable via phone call. |
