Both rooms are on the second floor of a single detached house. *The future occupants of these 2 rooms and the occupant of the third room share a full bathroom (on second floor of the house), and a refrigerator (in the kitchen on main floor of the house). The third room occupant is a female individual. The rent and utilities all together for each room comes to $790 per month. *Each room has its own lock and key, as well as a built-in closet with railing mirror doors. *There is also a 4th room on the second floor of the house as well. This room is the master bedroom, and has a full bathroom, an 18 cubic refrigerator, a 60” by 30” table size table in the room. The room has also a specious walk-in closet. This room meant for a couple to rent it, but an individual may rent it too. The rent inclusive for a couple to rent the room, comes to $1,199 per month and for an individual to rent it comes to $1,090 per month. * Unlimited high-speed internet *The kitchen, eating area, laundry room and common area are on the main floor of the house for everyone to use. One may choose to rent any of the room either with the furniture that is in the room, or unfurnished (we will remove the furniture in the room, if you would like to bring your own furniture for the room). *One may choose the start date of the lease. The lease is a 2 to 4 month period lease with an option to renew. One may stay for a long period of time by continuously renew for another 2 to 4 month period lease following the terms of the lease. The rent covering the entire period of each lease (initial or renewal) is due at start date of that lease.
