| Hi all, we’re 3 guys looking for one roommate (co-ed) for the 2024-2025 school year. We currently all go to Carleton and enjoy things like movies, poker and cooking. Here's some information about the house: 4 bedrooms total 2.5 bathrooms Large living room Large basement Much of the shared furniture already provided In unit laundry Dishwasher Furnished Spacious backyard Close to grocery stores & green spaces Parking available Location: 3050 Victoria Heights Cres Distance to Carleton: 30 minute bus (less when train opens) / 10 minute drive Distance to UOttawa: 40 minute bus / 20 minute drive The room will be around $720 monthly.
