A full bathroom is beside the room (not in the room), and it will be shared with two female individuals, the occupants of two other rooms. The room has its own lock and key, and a built closet with railing mirror doors. Looking for a female individual or a couple, who do not smoke and do not vape, have no pets, and are okay with the ‘no guests/ no visitors” policy of the lease. For one person occupancy, the rent inclusive for the room comes to $777 per month. For a couple occupancy, the rent inclusive for the room comes to $897 per month. Please note there are 2 other rooms other than these 3 rooms in the house which each have occupants who use the same kitchen, eating area, laundry room and common area as you will be, but you do not need to worry about sharing any full bathroom or refrigerator with them as their room each have a refrigerator and its own full bathroom. The lease is a 2 to 4 month period lease with an option to renew for another period as many times as you wish by following the terms of the lease. The house is 2.5 to 3 km South of South Keys Shopping Center/ Greenboro Park and Ride/ O-train/LRT (5 minutes drive/ 20 to 25 minutes walk if not taking the bus). Free parking available upon request.
