| Beautiful and serene 3 bedroom waterfront cottage on 2 acre lot on Limerick Lake that can sleep up to 8 people. The cottage is water access, so you must have your own boat which can be launched from Limerick Lake Marina. The cottage is approximately 1,500 square feet with a large and very spacious deck and 300 feet on the water. It has a large and spacious dock with sun all day and stunning views. Enjoy your morning coffee in peace and quiet and watch the loons go by. Cottage is in a protected bay so it is perfect for swimming, water sports and fishing. Open in design with two bedrooms on the main floor with an additional loft area containing sitting area, queen size bed and bunk beds for two upstairs. The cottage is fully appointed with dishwasher, all kitchen appliances, gas BBQ, as well as washer and dryer. There is a fire pit for evening get togethers and marsh mellow roasts. For cooler evenings there is a wood burning stove and electric heat. Full washroom with tub and shower. The cottage has a large screened in porch as well as expansive wrap around deck. On the odd rainy day, there are games, DVD player and a large selection of movies and books available. Limerick Lake is a large and deep lake containing large and small mouth bass, lake trout as well as rock bass. Limerick Lake is connected with several other lakes, making it excellent for boat outings and fishing. Limerick Lake is located off highway 62 and is approximately an hour north of Belleville and 20 min south of Bancroft or 30 minutes east of Apsley.
