Described by current student tenants as the PERFECT location. 2 bedrooms upstairs, with the largest on the lower level (the size more than making up for it being in the basement!). Main floor kitchen, dining, living areas, with patio doors to rear yard and large picture window facing George St. Front deck allows you to hang out and catch the action, and there is space in the rear yard for a garden or just to relax. One bathroom on upper level with full tub and shower. Blackout curtains in living room and upper bedrooms for privacy and sleeping in. *Kitchen cabinets and counter and also bathroom updates will be completed* Current tenant feedback when asked what could be improved and what they like: “As for updates, I think that the place is great and have no complaints. I really like that all the rooms are a decent size. I’ve been finding places that either have decent sized bedrooms with a small living room, or really small bedrooms with a decent sized living room. It seems to be a trade-off usually, but I think this place has all decent sized rooms”. Storage is great in this place; large coat closet at entrance, linen closet in upstairs hall, closets in all bedrooms, and large open shelving area in basement. There is also space in the basement laundry area for a desk to set up an office/study, laundry folding area or whatever you come up with. In-town landlords are quick to respond to any issues but will give you your privacy. We are not slumlords and we will take good care of you.
