| I am a very responsible, clean, and very respectful mature professional seeking either a large bedroom and/or bachelor space to rent for January 1st or sooner if convenient. I primarily work from home in the insurance industry, been at my current residence for almost 8 years, and am only looking to move, as my landlord will be selling the property I reside in. I'm a non-smoker, don't smoke cigarettes or marijuana I don't own any pets/dogs, and I'm very quiet and expect the same of the residents underneath the same roof. I am a single Father of an almost 13 year old daughter, and she is with me every weekend except the first Saturdays of the month. Is why it's very important to me to be able to live in a clean and suitable environment, that is fit for her as well, and where the people are working and very responsible and mature. I'm extremely considerate to my neighbors right to peace and reasonable enjoyment of their unit(s), and this is all I expect in return. If you're interested in finding the perfect roommate, or have an individually self contained bachelor unit to rent, please feel free and reach out.
