| Hey, I’m looking for a female roommate to rent an *unfurnished room* in my in Etobicoke Move-in date is April 1st **one person only** About me: - My name is Kayla and I am a 29yr old female -went back to university so I’m pretty quiet and most of the time I’m doing homework in my room. -I’m a pretty fun, quirky individual and if I’m not studying, I’m usually cooking, or outside walking the dogs -You must be okay with dogs because I have two tiny chihuahuas. They are super quiet and lazy when they are in the house and just stay in my room sleeping so they don’t really roam around the apartment. About you: -looking for ideally a female roommate - either a mature student or working professional - looking for somebody that is clean (and agrees to maintain the same level of cleanliness in house) -quiet -isn’t a partyer or someone that plans to have large gatherings of guests over or an S/O over often -due to the current Covid lockdown I would prefer to keep guests to an absolute minimum The apartment: -second floor of a two-storey walk-up apartment in Etobicoke. -super nice area – community centre 5-10min walk away (soccer field, baseball field, tennis court, pool in the summer) - nearest intersection is Evans and Royal York. -directly in front of a bus stop to Royal York subway station -depending on the traffic and time its usually about a 10-15 min bus ride to the station -about 45min to downtown by TTC -10min walk to Mimico Go station -in walking distance to two different No Frills - 10min walk from San Remo bakery -in walking distance of Costco - free laundry on site -free parking spot if needed $850 all-inclusive except internet which is $28.25 a month -proof of employment required - 2 past landlord references - credit check may also be asked for |
