| Hi, I have a space for a roommate in a beautiful small building right on the lake at Royal York and Lakeshore. Walking distance to Humber College, shopping, coffee shops. TTC right across the street. Picnic tables and chairs by the water! You should see the sunrise I am away many days of the week, the area you would have would be like a self-contained studio apartment including the kitchen. I have had a student finishing school this term and leaving. Looking for a female, student or not. In the 8 months she has lived with me we have crossed paths twice, so essentially it is very private, I wanted her to feel like it was her own place. It will be the same arrangement, but I am open to visits and if you are a student I am available to help with anything! That being said, I completely respect your space and you can have 100% privacy.
