The room is in a clean, quiet low-rise apartment building, and I am the only tenant. Furnished with a barely used queen-size mattress, loveseat, huge desk, chair, dresser, mirrors, and a small shelf unit. It also has a spacious closet. 7 minutes by bus to Old Mill or Royal York stations, bus stop basically at the door. Several city bike share stations within walking distance. City parking available. Super peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. Close to the lake, downtown, numerous parks, and highways. Grocery stores, LCBO, pharmacies, doctors, gym, restaurants, dispensaries, all nearby. Two separate rooms, I live in one, you in the other. Bathroom and kitchen are shared. Privacy is not an issue, you basically get half an apartment to yourself. Utilities included, with free super fast internet. Coin laundry in the building. First and last month required. About me - early 40s European male, easygoing, relatively clean and quiet, like to watch movies, cook a bit, respectful and mindful of shared spaces. Seeking someone of a similar disposition.
