| Room available in cool basement apartment in Long Branch neighbourhood in Etobicoke. Queen Streetcar is a 1 minute walk, as well as 24 hour bus route. Bus to Subway is a two minute walk and Long Branch GO Station is a five minute walk. From there it is a 25 minute train ride to Union Station downtown. You can also take Mississauga Transit there to anywhere in Mississauga. For those of you who drive, it is a five minute drive to the QEW/Gardiner/427. We are two blocks from Lake Ontario with bike trails leading to downtown or Hamilton. There is a large park (Marie Curtis Park) with a sandy beach and boat launch and lots of green space. There are also several little parks along the lakeshore and bike path. Grocery Store and Drug Store, Liquor Store and Pot Store are within 2 blocks, several restaurants are along Lake Shore in both directions. Simply put, it is a great area to live in. It is quiet and clean, and the breeze that comes up from the lake on summer evenings is nice and cool. You will share the basement apartment with one female tenant. Shared bathroom, kitchen, laundry and big backyard. House and neighbours are quiet and respectful. Price is $700 per month - first and last requited. Parking for one vehicle is available for an additional $50. Well mannered, quiet pets will be considered.
