| $1290 per month – For 4- Month One Bedroom Roommate Sublet Term available, with possibility of renewal, + And All Utilities (Heat & Hydro & Electricity) & Internet Included. Available for Move-In starting either for beginning of May or June, 2024. The sublet room is a part of a 2 bedroom apartment that's approximately 1000 Square Feet in total. The potential roommate will also make use of the shared kitchen, dining area, bathroom and common living room area. And the Laundry is located on the bottom floor within the same building for easy access. Apartment building is located in the heart of Etobicoke in Toronto, with access to a ton of amenities in short walking distance. Such as only a 10 minute walk to the nearest subway train station, as well as many local grocery stores, gym facilities, shops, cafes, parks & nature trails all around etc. Preferably looking for a young professional or post-secondary student, female preferred but not a requirement. The successful candidate will require last month's rent deposit upon securing the room sublet, and also first months rent due at the time of move-in month as agreed upon.
