Three roommates total. AVAILABLE DATE: March 1st, 2025 (a week earlier at no extra cost is possible). UNIT DETAILS: Each available bedroom measures at least 10' x 11.5' and has plenty of natural light. The house is fully equipped with kitchen essentials (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, appliances, air fryer), bathroom basics (towels, storage for toiletries), and comfortable living room furniture. A carpeted basement room is also available for shared use as a home office (no pets allowed). In-home washer and dryer included. PRICE: $850 per room + utilities (averaging $185/month each in the winter and less in the summer).
