| Hello. (Tenzin ceremonial outfit is not how she dresses at home. We just like the picture of her :) We are looking for someone to pay for a chunk of time, so that we know you intend to stay long term. We are open to offers, just tell us what you can afford to pay. We are renting our large fully furnished master bedroom w/ large walk-in closet. We will be putting a full-size black couch in there also, along with the cute white vanity mirror desk & chair, twin light glass shelving, as shown in the pictures. Also the TV, cabinet, & full desk. Rent is $1,100 per month. --- Room will be ready by July 11. You will get the keys & can start moving in at any time after you make the deposit. w/ July FREE for the remaining weeks in the month, because we know you will have already paid July rent wherever you are currently for those first 11 days. You will have time as a luxury to move. Your lease will be from August 1, even though you can move in any time from July 11. -- xx We will be renovating the bedroom and bathroom w/ money from the deposit. We will do that as soon as the two ladies move out. Should just be a week to do what we are doing. This will be very helpful for anyone who can do that, as well as us. We are sincere people who are looking for someone we can trust in our place with us. But also a park, a quaint stream, athletic fields, and typically friendly neighborhood. -- We showed 2 pictures of the room, with each having either the queen size or 2 twin beds. We have had a single lady living there at one time, and also two ladies using the twins at another time. You have the option: queen bed or 2 twin beds |
