| I'm looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment/house for me and my 2 children ages 16 & 8. I work full-time as a DZ driver and make a good income. I have amazing past landlord references as well. My only downfall is everyone is wanting a great credit report and mine is not so great as I signed a consumer proposal last year so I've taken a hit on my credit. I do have a family member who is willing to co-sign for me if that is an issue though. I have first and last as well. I'm just having a hard time finding anything unfortunately because I'm not a 2 person income family. I've just moved back from Alberta with my kids and this is the first time I've had to be separated from them because I literally cannot find a place for us all to live. We have no animals either and I'm a non-smoker. Just looking for someone out there who has something available is not looking for a 800-900 credit score and 2 incomes.
