Minor lives on property and a police record check will be required as well as references and proof of income (fixed is fine). Female preferred but not firm on it. Single occupancy only. Available April 1st 2025. Bedroom or living room, double wide hall and office or small bedroom are private. Kitchenette isn’t private but is exclusive use, as well as a bathroom with laundry and one dedicated parking space. Internet and subscriptions included. Basic furnishings (more than in photos) included and TV is available if required; currently set up as living room with couch and separate bedroom. Additional storage space available. Small gym available. Property is just outside of town (Englehart) on acreage that includes walking trails, fire pits, extensive decks, gardens, hammocks, and covered protected smoking area (outside). A car would be recommended but it’s still within easy walking and biking distance. 25 min walk from house to downtown. Suite access doesn’t require entering resident area, but does include stairs. Quiet easy going household and rural neighbourhood (minus when canine alarm systems are activated…). No cats or dogs, but pets in cages negotiable. Must be comfortable with resident dogs and pets in general. The dogs are non-shedding and hypo-allergenic. The dog snuggles are free. |
