| 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment, with a shared bathroom. Room comes furnished with a bed & mattress along with a bedside table and a desk. The apartment is fully-furnished and has been fitted with an in-unit washer and dryer. The price is all-inclusive. The current tenants (myself and my fiancé) are both 35 years old, working professionals (she’s a teacher and I work for the government). We have two dogs (pictured in the ad). Additional pets not preferred unless they are socialized and get along well with other dogs (birds/reptiles/etc are cool!) We’ve got almost an almost perfect walk and bike score, with a high public transit score as well. Note that parking isn’t available; there’s only street parking and that is with a letter, which would be requested from the property management company for a street permit.
