The nearest TTC bust stop is 10 meters from the building and the building is situated at a very short walking distance to the nearest No Frills, Circle K, restaurants, LCBO, Shoppers Drug mart etc. Tennis court, basketball court and cricket ground available in the building premises for free. Rent is 480 dollars, including all utilities such as hydro, water, home insurance, high speed internet etc. We have been staying here for more than a year so we have all the necessary home and kitchen essentials so you can move in just with your basic essentials such as a mattress. We are 6 boys in the house and one person is moving out on the 30th of September and the room is available from 1st of October.
