| I have 1 bedroom available in a home to share with myself and 1 other roommate (we are in our mid 20s and 30s). We are easy going and welcoming and are looking for the same in a roommate We are ideally looking for a young professional but are open to mature students. We both work from home some weekdays so we prefer a quieter home during the week. Available immediately (ok with later start dates for the right person) Shared common spaces - living room, dining room, games table, and study area. The upstairs bathroom is shared with 1 roommate and another bathroom for guests on the main floor. Laundry on site. I have a friendly medium sized dog so you have to be comfortable living with him. He is normally fairly quiet but can be excitable and sassy. Parking is available at extra charge. Please message with a bit about yourself, and we can arrange a viewing from there. Utilities included (including internet) Bedroom is not furnished but all common spaces are and all kitchen stuff is provided. Open to short and long term leases. Must love dogs.
