Walking distance to U of T and TMU. Apartment Details (Bedroom): The room is 10'8" x 13'8", with a closet 4'4" wide and 2' deep. A large window offers a fantastic view of Toronto and plenty of sunlight, and three outlets allows for many possible room configurations. Attached to the bedroom is a private bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower. Apartment Details (Den): The room is 13' x 9', and can be sectioned off with a curtain and shelves for privacy. It currently houses the couch and television, though of course, these will be sold/moved when you move in to make space for you. Living Arrangements: You would share the space with the current tenant, who is living in the other bedroom, as well as her cat, who rules the world. Must be queer friendly. Cost: The rent would be $2000 per month between the bedroom and den, split as is deemed fair by everyone. Could be $1000 each, but other configurations could also work. Additionally, utilities (hydro and Wi-Fi) would be split between all three parties. |
