| hello there! my name is george thomas. i am the superintendent at 1018 queensdale ave east here in hamilton. we have a room available for a senior. a lot of care has gone into adapting the bottom part of this house for senior living. stair railing, non-slip stairs, eg. there is a full kitchen, free laundry, central air, wifi. the house is located with bus stops coming and going, the library and two shopping plazas only walking distance away. i will post a picture as soon as i figure out how to do this with a chromebook. i live on the premises. the landlady lives in oakville. the basement is occupied by 4 seniors, including myself. we each have our own rooms. common areas are cleaned daily. i take care of this as well as outside maintenance including snow removal. items such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishsoap are supplied. not much to pay for except your rent, everything is here for you to enjoy your stay and appreciate the work that has gone into making this possible. there is a parking space available. there is a key deposit of $50 returned when vacating. first and last is asked for, but if tight the landlady is agreeable to paying last month over time. so, if you are looking for an affordable, comfortable, clean, safe, secure, convenient place to live, while waiting for housing, or otherwise; this is a good place for you.
