| the neighborhood is very peaceful, about 10 minutes walk to main street subway station, from there it's 15 minutes to downtown. next to Taylor Creek Park, which can lead you to Don Valley, great for walking or jogging. The house is just renovated. Everything is new with smart devices. The room is furnished with full size bed, desk, tv, closet. All you need is your luggage. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Only one person living here currently (working from home). You will have your own bathroom, only sharing when there are guests, which is unlikely to happen in covid. There is a piano in the living room, please make sure you are ok with some music in the house. You have access to the kitchen, laundry in the basement. I converted the sunroom into a makeshift gym, which you can use as well. Looking for just one person to take the room. No couples. Gay friendly |
